Corrik is run by Indulge Media UK Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 10119685. Our registered office is Our Workplace, The Old Tannery, Hensington Road, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, OX20 1JL.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Indulge Media UK Limited. For questions about this policy or your data, email hello@corrik.ai.
2What we collect
We collect only what we need to run Corrik for you.
- Account details: your name, work email, organisation, role and sign-in settings.
- Content you add: questions, competitors and sources of truth, including files and web pages.
- Results: the answers each assistant gives, mention results and check results.
- Billing details: your billing address and VAT status. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
3Why we use it
We use your data for the purposes below, each with a lawful basis under UK data protection law.

5Transfers outside the UK
Corrik is hosted in Germany, with encrypted backups in Finland. Some of the providers above may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
6How long we keep it
- We keep your account data while your account is open.
- When you close your account, we delete your data within 90 days.
- Encrypted backups are kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- We keep billing records for six years, as UK law requires.
7How we protect it
We use HTTPS for every connection, AES-256 encryption for backups and hashed passwords. Each customer’s data is kept separate. Two-factor sign-in and user roles let you control who in your team sees what.

8Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We count visits with Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves. It records which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, without cookies and without collecting personal data or identifying you. The Corrik app uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in.
9Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it
- receive a copy in a format you can take elsewhere
To use any of these rights, email hello@corrik.ai. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10Children
Corrik is a service for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your data, we will email account owners before it takes effect.
