1About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Corrik, a service provided by Indulge Media UK Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 10119685. Our registered office is Our Workplace, The Old Tannery, Hensington Road, Woodstock, Oxfordshire, OX20 1JL.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation.
2Business use only
Corrik is for businesses and other organisations. It is not for personal or household use, and consumer protection rules that apply only to consumers do not apply to these terms.
3The service
Corrik sends the questions you choose to public AI assistants on a schedule you set. It checks their answers against the sources of truth you approve, and shows whether and where each assistant mentions you.
Corrik checks the public assistants. It does not check your own chatbot.
4Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the actions of users you invite. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
5Credits
One check is one question sent to one assistant. Each assistant’s model costs a set number of credits, and an accuracy check costs 2 credits more per answer. The app shows each cost before a check runs.
Credits do not expire while your account is open. When you run out, scheduled checks pause until you add more.
6Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude VAT. UK customers pay VAT at the current rate on top. Plans are billed monthly in advance. Top-up packs are one-off purchases.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your plan.
7Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel your plan at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Credits you hold stay in your account.
Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
8AI answers and accuracy checks
AI assistants can give wrong, incomplete or out-of-date answers. Corrik’s checks are automated and can be wrong too. Treat each finding as something to review, not as a final judgement.
Corrik gives you evidence for your own monitoring. It does not make you compliant with any law or regulation, and it is not legal or regulatory advice.
9Acceptable use
You must not use Corrik to:
- break the law or the terms of any AI provider
- send questions designed to make an assistant produce harmful content
- try to get into other customers’ data or our systems
- resell the service, unless you have an Agency plan or our written agreement
10Your content
You keep ownership of the questions, sources and other content you add. You give us permission to use it only to run Corrik for you. You must have the right to use any source you add.
11Our property
We own Corrik, including its software, design and the Corrik name. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service.
12Data protection
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Organisations that need a data processing agreement can ask for one at hello@corrik.ai.
13Third-party services
Corrik relies on services run by others, including the AI assistants it checks. We are not responsible for what those services say, or for changes they make to their models, availability or terms.
14Availability
We aim to keep Corrik available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may pause the service for maintenance, and we will give notice where we can.
15Suspending and ending
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or do not pay. You can close your account at any time. When an account closes, we delete its data within 90 days.
16Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Corrik’s results. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email account owners at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect.
18General
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Corrik. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
19Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
